With one 60-minute initial assessment, one follow-up 30-minute session, and unlimited email support during the month, we will ensure that you are headed in the right direction on your road to a healthier lifestyle.

 

         At the initial assessment, we will discuss your health habits, medical concerns, and your health goals for the future. I will assess your food intake and discuss areas that can use improvement. You will be provided with meal and snack ideas to help fuel your days. We will work together to create your health goals for the future. In the follow-up session, we will review your goals and focus on any questions or concerns that may arise to help you sustain your healthy lifestyle.

 

 1-60 minute initial, 1-30 minute follow-up --

Lifestyle Reset
(2 months)

          Just starting a new workout routine and unsure of how to properly fuel your body? On a weight-loss journey, but have hit a plateau? Only looking to improve your health? This package is for you. It includes a 60-minute initial session, two 30-minute follow-up sessions, and unlimited e-mail support during the two months.

 

           At the initial assessment, we will discuss your health habits, medical concerns, and your health goals for the future. I will assess your food intake and discuss areas that can use improvement. You will be provided with meal and snack ideas to incorporate into your daily routine.  We will work together to create your health goals for the future. In the follow-up sessions, we will discuss your goals, monitor your progress, and come up with strategies to help you implement change into your life. Any areas of concern will be addressed when needed to ensure your lifestyle is sustainable in the long-term.

Do you feel that you need a little more support for implementing change? This package is for you! It includes one 60-minute initial assessment, four 30-minute follow-up sessions, and unlimited support via e-mail during the four months.

 

          At the initial assessment, we will discuss your health habits, medical concerns, and your health goals for the future. I will assess your food intake and discuss areas that can use improvement. You will be provided with materials to help jumpstart your plan.  We will work together to create your health goals for the future. In the follow-up sessions we will assess your progress, concentrate on areas of concern, and tailor the plan to your needs, ensuring that the changes you make will be sustainable.

(6 months)

         Looking for a change? Motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle, but don’t know where to start? This package is for you!  It includes one 60-minute initial assessment, six 30-minute follow-up sessions, and unlimited support via e-mail during the six months. In addition, you will receive a monthly newsletter about different nutrition topics.

 

          At the initial assessment, we will discuss your health habits, medical concerns, and your health goals for the future. I will assess your food intake and discuss areas that can use improvement. You will be provided with materials to help jumpstart your plan.  We will work together to create your health goals for the future. In the follow-up sessions, we will track your progress, assess and adjust your goals as needed, and address your areas of concern. Throughout the six months, we will work together to ensure that you are creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
